KATHMANDU: Xiaomi Nepal has launched three new official service centres in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod to enhance customer accessibility across the country.
The centres, operated by TeleDirect under Ramesh Corp, commenced operations on December 12 in Hetauda, December 13 in Damauli, and December 15 in Birtamod.
They will provide repairs and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables such as smartwatches and fitness bands, hearables including earphones and headphones, and other devices, using genuine spare parts and official procedures.
A Xiaomi Nepal representative said, "We are extremely excited to launch our official service centres simultaneously in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod. Providing official and reliable service for our popular devices will make things more convenient and trustworthy for Nepali consumers. We are confident that our partnership with TeleDirect will strengthen both service quality and accessibility."

To mark the openings, customers in these locations can avail special offers for one month, including free servicing for all devices, free software upgrades, up to 25% discounts on out-of-warranty spare parts and repairs, and no service charges on out-of-warranty parts.
The centres are staffed with skilled technicians trained to handle services from basic troubleshooting to complex repairs in line with company standards. Customers are encouraged to visit their nearest centre for consultations and repairs.
