KATHMANDU: The 11th edition of Nepal Buildcon International Expo will be held from February 5 to 8 at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu, organisers have announced.
Staged continuously for the past decade to develop Nepal’s construction sector, the event will feature more than 300 national and international brands and over 200 exhibition stalls, with businesspeople and entrepreneurs eager to showcase products and services to consumers.
Jointly organised by Media Space Solutions and Futurex Trade Fair and Events for the past 11 years, the expo has been connecting Nepal’s construction industry with modern technology and promoting domestically produced construction materials and technologies to international markets.
Visitors will find a range of construction materials and services, including architectural hardware, aluminium extrusion, marble, tiles, sanitary ware, modular and modern kitchens, roofing, cladding, lifts, escalators, doors, windows, flooring, wall coverings, glass glazing, pipes, plumbing, fittings, construction chemicals, PVC and uPVC profiles, batteries, generators, cement and steel.
The exhibition has created a large business network encompassing importers, manufacturers, distributors and service providers, and will attract nationally and internationally renowned companies, designers, engineers, architects and other construction professionals. Attendance is also expected from individuals and organisations planning private residences, business complexes and commercial buildings.
