The expo was jointly organised by Media Space Solutions and Futurex Trade Fair and Events, marking their 11th year of collaboration. According to the organisers, the primary objective was to bridge the gap between Nepal's construction industry and modern global technology while simultaneously opening international markets for local products.

Focused on consolidating the construction ecosystem onto a single platform, the expo featured over 300 national and international brands. Through more than 200 stalls, exhibitors showcased a wide array of the latest construction technologies, materials and services. The event served as a hub for both promoting domestically produced materials and introducing modern international technologies to the Nepali market.

Displays at the event covered a comprehensive range of industry needs, including architectural hardware, aluminium extrusion, cement, steel and construction chemicals. Visitors also explored interior and utility solutions such as modular kitchens, sanitary ware, flooring, roofing, lifts and generators.

The event proved to be a vital networking opportunity for a diverse group of professionals, including construction entrepreneurs, architects, engineers, designers and manufacturers. It also catered to individuals currently planning residential or commercial building projects.

Flybird Interior served as the main sponsor for the event, which was powered by Lumbini Ceramics (Laminar Tiles).
