BHAIRAHAWA: Tranquility Spa, one of Nepal’s leading spa and wellness centres, has opened a new branch at Siddhartha Vilasa in Bhairahawa, marking the company’s first establishment in Lumbini Province.

The Bhairahawa facility offers a range of services aimed at both domestic and international visitors, including hydrothermal therapy, salon services, swimming and gym facilities, traditional Nepali massage treatments and comprehensive wellness programmes designed to promote mental peace and physical relaxation.
“Tranquility Spa is a family spa and wellness brand. Spa and wellness are basic necessities for every individual. Since our establishment, we have been promoting spa and wellness culture in Nepal. Under this mission, we are extremely excited to operate a fully equipped branch at Siddhartha Vilasa, Bhairahawa,” said Chairperson Bhuwan Phaiju.
Executive Director Suresh Puri said the expansion outside Kathmandu aligns with the organisation’s long-term vision of extending quality wellness services and added that expanding spa services in major tourist and hospitality hubs remains a company priority.
Tranquility Spa emphasised its role in promoting wellness tourism and creating employment opportunities for youth. The company currently operates more than 18 branches across Nepal and has provided employment to more than 250 young people. The new Bhairahawa branch alone employs 40 staff, with plans to increase staffing gradually.
With the Siddhartha Vilasa opening, Tranquility Spa said it aims to strengthen Nepal’s hospitality and wellness industry by combining modern treatment techniques with traditional healing methods and by making quality wellness services more widely available.
