Sensei launches limited-time air-conditioner service and exchange campaign across Nepal

KATHMANDU: Sensei, a brand of CG Electronics, has launched a limited-time air-conditioner service and exchange campaign across Nepal. 

The campaign is running from March 8 and offers free servicing, attractive exchange offers and discounts on new Sensei air conditioners.

The company said the campaign, initiated in view of rising summer temperatures, aims to provide convenient, affordable and high-quality service to consumers. Modern Sensei air conditioners, equipped with advanced technology, are now readily available in the Nepali market.

Under the campaign, customers will receive a complete waiver of the service charge when having their old air conditioner serviced and can obtain up to a 50% discount on necessary spare parts. A special discount of up to 20% will be available to customers purchasing a new Sensei air conditioner.

An exchange offer allows customers to trade in their old air conditioner of any brand for a new Sensei unit, with the possibility of receiving up to a 50% additional valuation.

As part of the campaign, customers purchasing a Sensei air conditioner will be provided with free installation worth Rs 4,000. Exchange customers will also receive two service coupons worth Rs 3,000 free of charge; the coupons will remain valid for six months.

Sensei air conditioners are promoted for their modern technology and performance, featuring inverter compressors, convertible technology, Wi-Fi-enabled control, 3-in-1 air filters, low-voltage start-up and 4-way swing, which the company says deliver strong cooling performance alongside energy savings.

According to CG Electronics, these technology-driven Sensei units are designed to meet the needs of Nepali consumers, operating smoothly even at low voltage and offering suitable solutions for both homes and offices.

To ease purchases, Sensei and CG Electronics have introduced a simple EMI facility through CGX Elex, enabling customers to buy a new Sensei air conditioner on a flexible payment plan.

Sensei said customers can purchase its air conditioners through authorised dealers nationwide.
