KATHMANDU: Global smartphone brand OPPO has launched a Nepali New Year promotional campaign titled “OPPO Naya Barsa, Naya Umanga,” offering customers across Nepal the chance to win weekly smartphone prizes and a grand bumper reward.
The four-week campaign runs in the lead-up to the Nepali New Year and allows customers who purchase eligible OPPO smartphones to enter a lucky draw. One winner will be selected each week to receive an OPPO A6 smartphone, with weekly draws scheduled for March 22, March 29, April 5 and April 12.
OPPO said the weekly draws will be conducted publicly through a video lottery on the company’s official social media platform to ensure transparency and allow customers to observe the selection process.
The promotion will conclude on April 13 during Nepali New Year celebrations with a grand bumper draw in which one fortunate customer will win a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 motorcycle. The campaign carries the tagline “OPPO Haat Ma, Royal Enfield Hunter Lagau Saathma.”
OPPO Nepal said the Nepali New Year is a time of renewal and new beginnings, adding the “OPPO Naya Barsa, Naya Umanga” campaign is intended to share the festive spirit, create memorable experiences for customers, and thank them for their continued support.
