Two-day sales growth masterclass on AI held in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Genius Talks and Sushree Media organised the two-day Sales Growth Masterclass 2026 in Kathmandu on March 20 and 21.

The event brought together business leaders and growth professionals to examine the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in sales management.

The intensive workshop was led by global business coach Paritosh Sharma, founder of Shunya AI. The masterclass carried the theme “How to use AI as a VP of Sales to run your sales team” and targeted CEOs, founders, sales leaders, entrepreneurs, startup heads and other professionals focused on scaling revenue and modernising sales operations.

Organisers said the programme combined practical, hands-on sessions with strategic frameworks designed to boost sales productivity through AI-driven tools. Sessions included demonstrations of AI applications for scaling businesses in Nepal, guidance on transforming sales productivity and advice on redesigning sales journeys to reflect current market and technology trends.

Business coach Sharma led discussions on integrating AI into sales processes, measuring team performance with data, and adopting technology to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion rates.

Participants were offered opportunities to network with industry peers and partners. Kajaria Nepal participated as the event’s strength partner, while Om Nature Foods powered the masterclass, enabling attendees to connect with established companies and potential collaborators.

Organisers mentioned that the masterclass was a part of a broader effort to equip Nepali businesses with the skills and tools needed to compete in an increasingly digital and data-driven marketplace. They said attendees left with actionable strategies to implement AI in their sales operations and to lead more metrics-driven teams.
