TeleTalk launches POCO X8 Pro 5G, X8 Pro Max 5G in Nepal

KATHMANDU: TeleTalk has launched the POCO X8 series in Nepal, unveiling two 5G smartphones, the X8 Pro 5G and the larger X8 Pro Max 5G, aimed at users seeking high performance and advanced features.

The POCO X8 Pro 5G is powered by the Dimensity 8500-Ultra chipset and is designed to balance strong performance with optimised power consumption. It comes with a 6,500mAh battery, 100W HyperCharge, and 27W reverse charging. The company said this delivers ultra-long battery life. The device features a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 20MP front camera. It has a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120Hz ultra-bright AMOLED display with peak brightness and dimming capabilities. The X8 Pro is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance.

Likewise, the larger X8 Pro Max 5G is equipped with the Dimensity 9500s chipset and offers an 8,500mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge, 27W reverse charging and smart charging. TeleTalk said this can provide up to two days' battery life. The X8 Pro Max has a 6.83-inch 1.5K 120Hz ultra-bright AMOLED display and the same camera setup as the X8 Pro: a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 20MP front camera. The X8 Pro Max is rated IP68 and offers protection against splashes, drops, bends and pressure.

The X8 Pro 5G is available in two variants: 8+256GB priced at Rs 63,999 and 12+512GB priced at Rs 73,999, offered in black, green and white. The X8 Pro Max 5G comes in 12+256GB at Rs 79,999 and 12+512GB at Rs 89,999, available in black, blue and white.

TeleTalk said it has introduced an EMI facility of up to nine months and provides a one-year brand warranty across all models. Both devices are now available for purchase at TeleTalk’s official showrooms, authorised outlets and on Daraz.
