KATHMANDU: Jagdamba Motors, the official distributor of Proton vehicles in Nepal, held a three-day 'Sales and Exchange Excellence' campaign that allowed customers to trade in old vehicles for new Proton models.
The campaign held from April 26 to 28, 2026, was available at all Proton showrooms across the country and covered new Proton cars, including the Proton e.MAS 7 and other variants. Buyers had the option to exchange their vehicles while receiving a package of promotional benefits.
Promotional incentives included a cash discount. The company said the campaign offered 'the best exchange value for old vehicles', and provided one year of free insurance, one year of road tax, a 7 kW charger, and an eight-year warranty on the new vehicle.
Jagdamba Motors said the initiative was taken to make vehicle purchasing "more convenient, reliable, and value-driven."
The company added that, given the growing interest in electric vehicles, the campaign aimed to encourage customers to choose modern, safe, and environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
