KATHMANDU:  CG Digital, the retail arm of CG Electronics under Chaudhary Group, has launched a nationwide push to reshape how Nepali consumers buy household appliances and mobile devices. The campaign emphasises convenience, transparency and after-sales support.

The company said changing lifestyles, limited time and rising expectations for tech-enabled convenience have driven shoppers to seek managed, integrated buying experiences rather than visiting multiple stores. To meet that demand, CG Digital now offers a multi-brand solution under one roof, aiming to simplify decision-making and build long-term trust.

CG Digital and LG Brand Shop operate 28 showrooms across Nepal, bringing together brands including LG, CG, TCL, Godrej, Midea, Crompton, Beko, Sensei, Kent, Elica, CG Meridia, Black + Decker and Burly, alongside mobile names such as Nothing, Motorola and Ai+. The retailer says the single-platform approach provides variety while ensuring quality and authenticity.

The retailer has expanded services beyond product display to include clearer product information, customer-focused guidance, free home delivery and a commitment to after-sales service. These measures are intended to reduce the time and uncertainty traditionally associated with appliance purchases and to make shopping more reliable for busy consumers.

CG Digital’s expansion aims to deliver a consistent retail experience across urban, semi-urban and rural areas, the company noted, reducing disparities in access to organised retail and quality service based on location.

The move reflects a broader shift in Nepal’s retail sector toward modern, integrated outlets that prioritise customer convenience and trust. For consumers, the chain’s growth could mean easier access to branded products and standardised service across the country.
