KATHMANDU: Yeti Airlines has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as the issue and sales manager for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of ordinary shares to the general public.
The Kathmandu-based carrier, one of Nepal’s leading private domestic airlines, said the appointment is part of preparations for the planned share sale. Yeti Airlines operates regular flights to major urban centres and remote destinations across the country and has been providing air transport services focused on safety, reliability and service quality.
The company highlighted its role in improving air connectivity and supporting regional accessibility throughout Nepal.
The agreement formalising the appointment was signed by Anup Acharya, chief financial officer of Yeti Airlines, and Sachindra Dhungana, deputy chief executive officer of NIMB Ace Capital.
