CG Electronics launches British brand Goodmans in Nepal

KATHMANDU: CG Electronics, a unit of Chaudhary Group, has launched the British electronics brand 'Goodmans' in Nepal, bringing a range of modern home appliances and audio products to local consumers.

Founded in 1923 and originally known for audio speakers, Goodmans has grown into a global name in consumer electronics and home appliances. The company emphasises high quality, attractive design and affordable pricing as it expands into new markets.

The Goodmans’ initial product line-up in Nepal includes rice cookers, kettles, irons, blenders and juicer extractors, stick blenders and hand mixers, coffee makers, toasters and sandwich makers, personal care items and audio devices.

The brand said it develops products using new technology to make everyday life easier, smarter and more convenient. It also pledged to deliver international-level technology and strong after-sales service in the Nepali market.

CG Electronics and Goodmans indicated they plan to continue introducing useful and innovative products tailored to the needs and preferences of Nepali consumers, with a focus on long-term trust and customer satisfaction.
