Kathmandu Marriott opens 'Flavours of Thailand' showcase at Edamame

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Marriott Hotel has opened a limited-time culinary showcase, 'Flavours of Thailand' at its restaurant 'Edamame', running from June 15 to 25.

The event features guest chef 'Aon' from Marriott North Pattaya. Chef Aon has travelled to Kathmandu to offer an authentic Thai dining experience and is presenting a menu that highlights the diversity of Thailand’s culinary heritage.

The showcase brings traditional Thai dishes to the heart of Kathmandu, giving Nepali food enthusiasts and hotel guests the chance to sample classic Thai flavours without leaving the city.

'Edamame' will serve the special menu daily until June 25, and visitors are invited to taste a range of traditional Thai preparations curated by the visiting chef.
