Growth Leadership Academy to host Sales Summit 2026 in Kathmandu on Aug 21

KATHMANDU: Growth Leadership Academy (GLA) is set to organise the 10th edition of the Sales Summit 2026 in Kathmandu on August 21 under the theme 'Data Drives, Sales Thrive'.

The summit will bring together leading sales professionals, business executives and industry experts to examine how data, technology and customer insights are reshaping the future of sales.

A key highlight will be an international keynote by Dr (Hon) Sunil Dutt, President‑Devices & Sales at Reliance Jio Infocomm, India, who will share global perspectives on building data‑driven sales organisations. The programme will also include an interactive group discussion led by sales trainer and facilitator Yateen Gharat, offering practical strategies and collaborative learning on real‑world sales challenges.

Motivational speaker, actor, voice artist and communication coach Vijay Vikram Singh will deliver a session on communication, resilience, leadership and personal excellence for sales professionals. The tentative programme lists panel discussions on the evolving Nepali consumer and the responsible use of customer data, success storytelling sessions by business leaders and networking opportunities.

As part of its knowledge‑sharing initiative, the summit will unveil two flagship research reports. The first, 'The Evolution of Sales in Nepal: Insights from Nine Years of the Sales Summit', documents the journey, key learnings and impact of the previous nine editions. The second, 'Emerging Sales Trends', explores changing customer behaviour, digital transformation, AI‑enabled selling and data‑driven sales practices in Nepal's evolving market.

The event aims to equip organisations and sales professionals with the knowledge, inspiration and strategies needed to thrive in an increasingly data‑driven business environment.
