KATHMANDU: Shangrila Motors launched the all-new Leapmotor B03X Pro Max premium electric SUV in Lalitpur on Friday, marking the model’s debut in Nepal.
The unveiling ceremony brought together industry leaders, media partners and automotive enthusiasts and introduced showroom previews and customer booking options.
The B03X Pro Max is being offered at Rs 4.49 million for the first 100 customers; the price will rise to Rs 4.69 million thereafter. Showroom previews and customer bookings have commenced across Nepal.
Built to cope with local road conditions, the Leapmotor B03X is powered by a 145 kW electric motor and a 53 kWh battery, providing a CLTC range of 505 kilometres and a ground clearance of 185 mm. The cabin includes a 14.6-inch 2.5K HD touchscreen, a 12-speaker surround sound system and Level 2 ADAS safety technology.
“The launch of the B03X represents a major step forward for electric mobility in Nepal, and we are excited to offer our customers a new standard of smart, sustainable driving,” said Hemant Golchha, director of Shangrila Motors.
