Government to provide fellowship to 1,000 talented youths

KATHMANDU: The government has announced plans to offer fellowships to 1,000 talented young people from various sectors.

Today, in a joint session of the federal parliament, President Ramchandra Paudel presented the government's policies and programmes for the forthcoming fiscal year. He stated that these fellowships will be granted to young people, and the private sector will also be encouraged to do the same.

In addition, a youth volunteer programme will be launched to mobilise and enhance the capabilities of young human resources.

Furthermore, young people will be empowered through skills development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship training, promoting them as key partners and leaders in all aspects of social life.
