
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s special address to the House of Representatives (HoR), scheduled for today, has been postponed.
Chief Whip of the UML parliamentary party, Mahesh Kumar Bartaula, said the prime minister’s address had been removed from today’s parliamentary business.
However, he added, the lawmakers’ question-and-answer session with the prime minister will proceed as scheduled.

PM Oli to deliver special address to HoR today
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to deliver a special address to the House of Representatives (HoR) today.
The prime minister's special address is scheduled for 1:00 pm, CPN (UML) Chief Whip Mahesh Kumar Bartaula said. His address will focus on the government’s major achievements over the past year, upcoming priorities and issues raised by opposition parties, including the main opposition in the federal parliament.
The Parliament Secretariat has announced that the Prime Minister will also answer questions from MPs under the regular parliamentary agenda.
