Former NRB executive director Ghimire appointed CIT board chairman
KATHMANDU: Tulsi Prasad Ghimire has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT). The appointment follows a decision by the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister on August 17.
Ghimire, who holds an MPhil in Economics, an MA in Economics and an MPA from Tribhuvan University (TU), retired as Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank. During his tenure at the central bank, he served in the Information Technology Department, Human Resources Management Department, Foreign Exchange Management Department and Banking, and Economic Research Department.
