The event was organised to promote the use of electrical equipment, facilitate business development of quality electrical materials and boost both domestic and international trade in the sector. It also aimed to strengthen the country’s economy by increasing the uptake of electrical devices, boosting the consumption of Nepal’s growing hydropower output and supporting overall development and trade in the energy and electrical sector.
Serving as a hub for industries related to electricity, electrical equipment, domestic materials and energy, the joint expo fostered partnerships, strengthened relationships and created business opportunities in Nepal.
Organised a few weeks before the major Nepali festival of Bada Dashain, the expo offered customers the chance to purchase goods from national and international brands at competitive prices.
