Sunrise Bank concludes 15th AGM

KATHMANDU: Sunrise Bank on Sunday held its 15th annual general meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Bank Chairman Motilal Dugar. The AGM approved the general proposal including the annual report along with profit and loss statement for the fiscal year 2021/22, cash flow statement, balance sheet of 2021 Asadh (from mid-June to mid-July) and the financial statement for the FY 2021/22. [gallery columns="2" size="full" link="file" ids="38404,38406"] The meeting also approved the special proposal of the board of directors regarding the merger of Sunrise Bank and Laxmi Bank. The AGM passed the proposal for the merger between the banks at a share swap ratio of 1:1. The bank said that it has started further processes for integrated business. READ ALSO:
