BHAIRAHAWA, RUPANDEHI: Thai AirAsia has resumed the Bangkok–Bhairahawa–Bangkok flight service starting today. An Airbus A320 from Bangkok landed at Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa at 12:15 pm carrying 17 passengers.
The flight carrying 162 people departed from Bhairahawa and returned to Bangkok at 1:15 pm, according to Binod Singh Rawat, the airport information officer.
Rawat stated that AirAsia will operate flights on the Bangkok–Bhairahawa–Bangkok route twice a week and has received permission for regular services on Sundays and Wednesdays.
