Ncell app surpasses 10 million downloads, launches 10‑day celebration
KATHMANDU: Ncell’s self‑service mobile application, the Ncell App, has surpassed 10 million downloads, the company announced on Tuesday, establishing it as one of Nepal’s most widely used digital platforms.
To mark the milestone, Ncell has launched a 10‑day celebration campaign under which 10 lucky customers each day will win 10 GB of all‑time data, valid for 10 days. Customers who download the app and log in for the first time, or who purchase any pack through the app during the campaign period, will be eligible to win 10 GB of data.

It has helped enhance the customer experience, simplify customers’ digital journey, and support the government’s Digital Nepal vision by directly and indirectly promoting paperless, efficient service delivery. The app, designed to digitalise and simplify the customer journey, offers a one‑stop solution for a wide range of services. Users can perform top‑ups, buy packs, register grievances, transfer balances, play online and offline games, and activate or deactivate services without dialling short codes or visiting points of sale or Ncell centres.
The Ncell App is built for ease of use, quick navigation and a personalised user experience. It allows customers to track usage and subscriptions, view current and active packs, and create lists of favourite packs for quick access.
Ncell also highlighted the app’s usefulness for Nepali migrant workers abroad, who can recharge, buy packs and use their Ncell SIMs while roaming for short visits or extended stays. The app is available to download or update from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
