Balaju Auto Works launches Mahindra CareFest campaign across 53 branches

KATHMANDU: Balaju Auto Works, the authorised service centre for Mahindra in Nepal under Agni Group, has launched its annual service campaign for Mahindra vehicle owners titled 'Mahindra CareFest 2082: Service Utkrishta, Gadi Chitikka' (Excellent Service, Spotless Vehicle). 

The campaign was formally inaugurated on Friday at the Balaju Auto Works Service Centre in the Balaju Industrial Area, Kathmandu. The programme is being held simultaneously across more than 53 branches, dealers and workshops nationwide. The inauguration was attended by Veda Satasha Shrestha, Vice President of Agni Group; Vedant Shrestha, Research and Business Development Head of Agni Group; Chaitanya Kagalkar, Country Head for Nepal, India and Bangladesh at Mahindra & Mahindra; customers, media personnel and other guests.

Mahindra‑certified technicians will carry out servicing using genuine spare parts and advanced diagnostic equipment. Customers bringing their Mahindra vehicles for service during CareFest will receive a free 45‑point checkup, free general labour charge and free computerised diagnosis. Additional offers include a 50% discount on computerised wheel alignment, up to 50% discount on genuine accessories, 20% discount on A.C. charging, and 10% discount on genuine spare parts and lubricants.

The event also offers attractive gifts with every service, free health checkups, a 10% extended discount coupon and access to cashless insurance services. One lucky customer will win a BGauss C12 electric scooter as a bumper prize in a lucky draw.

Balaju Auto Works said annual initiatives such as Mahindra CareFest strengthen its long‑term relationship with Nepali customers and provide an international brand service experience. The company invited all Mahindra vehicle owners and drivers to participate, take advantage of the limited‑time offers and keep their vehicles in good condition through superior servicing.

Customers are encouraged to book services in advance through the Mahindra mTrack app.

The CareFest will be held until January 28, with services also available on Saturday.
