TCL Nepal offers free AC servicing and discounts

KATHMANDU: TCL Nepal has launched a limited-time summer service campaign offering free air-conditioning servicing, enhanced exchange valuations and discounts on new units, the company announced. The campaign began on March 8.

The scheme provides free inspection and servicing for air conditioners of any brand, with no service charge during the promotion period. Customers trading in old AC units will receive up to 50% higher valuation than previously offered, and up to 20% discount on the purchase of new TCL air conditioners.

New purchases under the scheme include free installation valued at Rs 4,000 and two complimentary service coupons worth up to Rs 3,000 for customers who exchange their units. In addition, spare parts for AC repairs will be available at discounts of up to 50%.

To take part, customers must register by calling TCL Nepal’s toll-free numbers 166-00-100-211 or 166-00-102-211, or by visiting the company’s official website at cgelex.com to estimate the value of their old AC. After registration, a TCL technician will visit the customer’s home to carry out the service.

TCL Nepal said the offer is available for a limited period and that service benefits are subject to the company’s terms and conditions. The company described the campaign as part of its ongoing commitment to provide “convenient and affordable” products and services while helping customers prepare for the summer season.
