KATHMANDU: National Assembly's Committee on Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance has reviewed its annual action plan.
The committee’s meeting held today, chaired by Krishna Prasad Paudel, reviewed activities carried out from July 17, 2025, to April 13, 2026, Committee Secretary Dr Rojnath Pandey said.
The meeting approved an action plan to complete the remaining activities until the end of the current fiscal year 2025/26.

Decisions were taken to forward pre‑budget discussions and to follow up on the good governance agenda forwarded by the government to produce results.
The committee also decided to study whether the budget was implemented and to develop an action plan on monitoring, evaluation and decision implementation, Pandey added.
The meeting focused on 24 issues, including the budget, good governance and implementation of decisions.
