CG Electronics offers five-year warranty on 28 chest freezer models

KATHMANDU: CG Electronics, a leading Nepali electronics and home appliance brand, said its chest freezers have become the first choice for businesses and households across Nepal. The company has offered 28 models ranging from 110 litres to 1,000 litres and a five-year warranty on compressors.

CG highlighted the growing importance of chest freezers as temperatures rise. It said its Super Fast Freezing technology helped preserve milk, yoghurt, meat and vegetables for longer, and that bulk-buy savings and fewer market trips provided financial benefits for consumers and small businesses.

CG listed several reasons customers preferred its products. These included a 60-month compressor warranty, a robust compressor designed to run continuously in Nepal’s varied weather and unstable voltage conditions, and insulation that retained cooling for hours during power outages. The brand also emphasised that its 28 models suited the needs of small shops to large industries.

In a move to improve affordability, CG announced an easy monthly instalment plan with 0% interest, requiring only a citizenship document to apply. The company called the offer a 'game changer' for small business owners and middle-class families.

The products are available through 21 CG Digital showrooms nationwide, an authorised dealer network and online at cgdigital.com.np. It noted after-sales support through more than 40 service centres and framed its market presence as the result of 40 years of trust.
