KATHMANDU: CG Mobiles, the official distributor of Motorola smartphones in Nepal under Chaudhary Group, has launched two new models: the Moto G06 Power and the Moto G57 Power.
The company said both phones prioritise battery capacity, modern technology, attractive design and reliable performance, and that the launches are expected to strengthen Motorola’s competitiveness in Nepal’s entry and mid-range smartphone segments.
The Moto G06 Power targets users who need extended battery life. CG Mobiles said the device packs a 7000mAh battery that can last up to three days on a single charge. It runs on a MediaTek G81 Extreme processor, offers 4GB of RAM with up to 12GB RAM boost, and has a 6.88-inch 120Hz display. Photography is handled by a 50MP quad pixel camera and audio is delivered through stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The phone includes Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, an IP64 water-repellent design and a vegan leather finish in Pantone-curated colours. CG Mobiles set the price at Rs 18,999.
The Moto G57 Power is the higher-performance option. CG Mobiles said it uses the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, offers 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with RAM boost up to 24GB, and also features a 7000mAh battery with up to 60 hours of backup. The handset includes a 50MP Sony Lytia 600 camera enhanced by Moto AI, a 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, hi-res audio and bass boost. It carries MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and Gorilla Glass 7i protection, comes in a vegan leather design, runs Android 16 with an Android 17 upgrade promised, and will receive up to three years of security updates. The price of Moto G57 has been set at Rs 37,499.
Both smartphones will be available across Nepal through official CG retail outlets and partner stores. The company said the new models aim to give Nepali consumers strong battery performance, contemporary features and a premium smartphone experience.
