Tele Talk opens authorised POCO Service Center at Ramesh Complex, Sanepa

KATHMANDU: Tele Talk, a Ramesh Corp entity, has opened a new authorised POCO Service Center at Ramesh Complex in Sanepa, the company announced on Wednesday.

The centre will provide after-sales service and technical support for POCO smartphones and related devices. According to the announcement, the centre is staffed with trained technicians and equipped with advanced diagnostic systems and quality spare parts to ensure timely and reliable repairs.

Services available include device diagnostics, software support, warranty claims, repairs, maintenance and technical consultation, all offered under one roof. The service centre will operate Sunday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Sanjay Agrawal, Executive Director, said the company “remains committed to delivering fast, transparent, and reliable customer service experiences while strengthening the after-sales support network for POCO users in Nepal.”

Tele Talk said the new outlet aims to improve access to professional support as demand for smartphones and connected devices grows in Nepal, and is expected to benefit POCO customers across the Kathmandu Valley.
