Shangrila Motors cuts price of Leapmotor B10 top variant to Rs 54.99 Lakh

KATHMANDU: Shangrila Motors, the authorised distributor of Leapmotor vehicles in Nepal, on Sunday announced a price reduction for the Leapmotor B10 Top Variant. The 2026 model’s price has been lowered from Rs 6 million to Rs 5.499 million, a decrease of Rs 500,000, following changes to Nepal’s taxation structure.

The announcement was made at a special event at the Leapmotor showroom in Uttardhoka, which attracted media representatives, auto influencers and electric vehicle enthusiasts.

Jai Golchha, Director of Shangrila Motors, said, “The revised pricing of the Leapmotor B10 Top variant, reduced by Rs 500,000 to Rs 5.499 million, reflects our commitment to bring advanced electric mobility at a very affordable price to Nepali customers.”

The B10 Top Variant is equipped with a 67.1 kWh LFP battery and a 160 kW motor. The model includes advanced ADAS features, a Euro NCAP five-star safety rating, a Snapdragon-powered smart cockpit, spacious interiors, fast-charging capability and a claimed driving range of 600 km under the CLTC cycle.

Leapmotor is a Chinese electric vehicle brand backed by Stellantis. The company reports global sales exceeding 1 million vehicles, with 81,569 units delivered in May 2026. Leapmotor also maintains a network of more than 1,700 sales and service points across over 40 countries.

Shangrila Motors said the new price aims to make the technology-driven electric SUV more accessible to Nepali buyers seeking a connected and convenient driving experience.
