KATHMANDU: Xiaomi, a globally renowned technology company, has opened an authorised service centre at Tamrakar House in New Road, Kathmandu.

The facility, operated by Vatsal Impex, a subsidiary of Sharda Group, will provide after-sales support for Xiaomi products across the Kathmandu Valley.

The centre will handle repairs and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables including smartwatches and fitness bands, earbuds and headphones, and other AIoT devices. Customers will also be able to purchase genuine Xiaomi spare parts.

Xiaomi said the service team is equipped to manage routine repairs as well as more complex technical issues. The centre is staffed by trained technicians who will carry out repairs and offer professional service.

Gaurav Sharda and Nitesh Kumar Mundra, directors of Vatsal Impex, said the new service centre in Kathmandu marks another important step towards providing Xiaomi customers with faster, easier and higher-quality after-sales service.

To mark the opening, the company announced promotional offers for customers and encouraged users to follow Xiaomi Nepal’s official social media channels or contact the service centre directly for details.

The new facility aims to give Xiaomi users a local, authorised option for repairs and parts, with direct walk-in and contact support available at the Tamrakar House location.
