Nabil Bank wins three Euromoney awards for excellence

KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank has won three accolades at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026 and received the titles 'Nepal’s Best Bank', 'Nepal’s Best Bank for ESG' and 'Nepal’s Best Bank for SMEs'.

The awards recognise the institution’s financial performance, digital developments, sustainable banking initiatives and contributions towards Nepal’s small and medium-sized enterprise sector. The Euromoney Awards for Excellence evaluate banking institutions globally on the basis of performance, innovation and industry impact.

According to the bank, the honours underline its overall operational execution, governance standards and efforts to empower local entrepreneurs across the country. The recognition as 'Nepal’s Best Bank' points to Nabil Bank’s solid financial results, customer-focused solutions and market leadership. The 'ESG' award acknowledges the bank’s emphasis on green financing and social responsibility, while the 'SME' award underlines its tailored lending, advisory services and support for business growth.
