Beauty salon ‘Facial House’ releases calendar

KATHMANDU: Famous beauty salon 'Facial House' has released a calendar on the occasion of New Year 2080. Nepal Women Chamber Chairperson Urmila Shrestha; actor Pooja Sharma; Aruna Rayamajhi, professor at Padya Kanya Multiple Campus; and Managing Director of Facial House and senior beautician Sushma Mahara jointly released the calendar at a programme in Kathmandu. Beautician Mahara herself appears as a model in the calendar. She has presented Nepali originality and Nepali costumes in the calendar. Shrestha, who was the chief guest at the programme, opined that Nepali originality was increasing in the international world and added this kind of work will further support Nepali originality. Actor Sharma said that we should all work together to save Nepali originality. On the occasion, Mahara stressed that labour is her most valuable asset, She held the opinion, "If you work sincerely, you will surely succeed." She mentioned about the impact of the devastating April 2015 earthquake, Covid 19 pandemic and the recent economic recession that has affected businesses. "There have been many problems in the business since the earthquake until now, but we should move ahead by solving problems," she said. Facial House has six branch offices in major cities of the country including Kathmandu. Based in Kathmandu Mall, the beauty salon has branch offices in CTC Mall, Sundhara, Chabahil, Pokhara, Surkhet and Dhangadhi. Facial House has employed around 100 people. READ ALSO:
