KATMANDU: Facial House, a well-known organisation in Nepal’s beauty services sector, has expanded its operations by opening a new branch in Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City, a major commercial hub in Koshi Province.
The branch was inaugurated at a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Deputy Mayor Sangita Kumari Chaudhary, Itahari Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Jiwan Parajuli and Facial House’s senior beautician and Managing Director Sushma Mahara.
Speaking at the event, Mahara said, “Facial House started its services seven years ago in Jhapa district. However, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, services were halted for some time. Now we have launched a new branch in Itahari, targeting all service recipients in the eastern region. Our main objective is to provide affordable, accessible and quality services.”
CCI President Parajuli praised Facial House’s contribution to making Itahari a hub for beauty services and wished the organisation every success.
Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 6 Chairperson Diwash Pokharel said he was already aware of Facial House’s services and impact, and thanked the organisation for expanding its branch in the city.
Deputy Mayor Chaudhary added, “Everyone wants to look good. Beauty services are connected with women’s confidence and identity. I want to thank Facial House for assisting in women’s empowerment by expanding its branch here. The Sub-Metropolis has also been providing beautician training to women, and the presence of businesses like this, which transform training into employment, has brought further enthusiasm.”
At the Itahari branch, customers can receive modern services such as hair care, skin care, skin tests, manicure and pedicure, and hydra facial under one roof.
The organisation stated that it aims to expand its services to other cities in the eastern region in near future.
