OTJA issues AI code of conduct
KATHMANDU: The Online TV Journalist Association (OTJA) has issued the Online TV AI Code of Conduct – 2082 BS, targeting online television journalists.
The 12-point code was announced at a programme in Kathmandu today.
OTJA president Jeevan Bhandari said the code aims to discourage the misuse of artificial intelligence (AI) and promote its genuine use, adding that AI is highly likely to feature in online TV content in future.
Chiranjibi Adhikari, senior vice president of the Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN Federation), said this is Nepal’s first AI code of conduct.
