KATHMANDU: MetLife Nepal has been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work after achieving a score well above the global benchmark in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, joining 33 MetLife markets worldwide in this distinction.
Last month, more than 24,000 employees across those 33 markets took part in the survey—an industry gold standard for measuring employee experience—and in Nepal, the result underlined the strength of its shared purpose, commitment to inclusivity and a culture that encourages staff to thrive.
“This recognition isn’t just a milestone—it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve nurtured together,” said Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, vice president and general manager of MetLife Nepal. “It reaffirms our belief that when people feel trusted, respected and empowered, they bring their best selves to work—and that makes all the difference for our customers, communities and each other.”
