KATHMANDU: Ultraviolette Nepal drew a full house at stall C1 during the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025, unveiling its flagship electric motorcycle, the F77 Mach 2. Biking and EV enthusiasts flocked to experience the new power bike, which swiftly became the highlight of Nepal’s premier automotive expo.
Visitors were captivated by the F77 Mach 2’s aviation-inspired design and robust performance credentials. The motorcycle has a top speed of 155 km/h, delivers 100 Nm of torque and offers an IDC-certified range of up to 323 km on the Recon variant. Enthusiasts praised its blend of speed, range and striking aesthetics.
At the heart of the Mach 2 lies Ultraviolette’s proprietary SRB-10 battery technology, backed by an industry-first warranty covering 100,000 km or five years. The pack features five safety layers—thermal, electrical, mechanical, electronic and software—to ensure reliable performance under varied conditions.
The F77 Mach 2 also debuts a suite of advanced rider aids. Ten-level dynamic regenerative braking, four-level traction control, switchable dual-channel ABS, hill-hold and dynamic stability control work together to enhance safety. A five-inch TFT display provides connectivity and customisable console themes, elevating the overall riding experience.
Complementing the powertrain is the Violette AI Smart Tech ecosystem, which delivers movement and towing alerts, crash detection, remote lockdown and real-time diagnostics—even when the bike is powered off. This next-generation suite underscores Ultraviolette’s commitment to combining performance with smart safety.
Beyond the Mach 2, Ultraviolette Nepal previewed two new models due to launch in Q1 2026. The Tesseract is a premium electric scooter for urban riders, offering a 3.5 kWh battery, a top speed of 125 km/h and 0–60 km/h acceleration in 2.9 seconds, along with dual dashcams, blind-spot detection and a large touchscreen powered by Violette AI. The Shockwave, an off-road electric dirt bike, promises adventure-ready sustainability, with full specifications to follow.
“The reception at NAIMA has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Durgesh Thapa, head of sales at Ultraviolette Nepal. “Riders in Nepal are hungry for performance-driven, eco-conscious mobility, and with the F77 Mach 2’s advanced battery and smart tech features, we’re delivering just that. We can’t wait for our Tesseract and Shockwave releases next year.”
Ultraviolette Nepal continues to accelerate the transition to sustainable, high-performance two-wheelers, reinforcing its position at the forefront of EV innovation in Nepal and beyond.
