KATHMANDU: Black+Decker has launched a Dashain‑Tihar gift scheme in Nepal. The festival‑season promotion gives customers who purchase Black+Decker home appliances the chance to win top prizes, including an all‑expenses‑paid Vietnam trip and a Hero Splendor+ motorcycle, while a CG Safari trip for two will be awarded through a lucky draw.
The campaign is being run through Black+Decker’s official distributor in Nepal, CG Electronics, and eligible products are available at CG Digital outlets, LG Shoppe outlets and other authorised channel partners nationwide. Customers can participate by purchasing any Black+Decker appliance, scanning the QR code provided with the purchase and completing the required registration details to be automatically entered into the draw.
Black+Decker said the scheme is designed to enhance the festival shopping experience and reinforce the brand promise “Make Life Easier.” The promotion also aims to strengthen the company’s consumer‑centric presence in Nepal by adding extra value to purchases during Dashain and Tihar.
Black+Decker highlighted its long history of innovation and user‑friendly design since 1910 and noted that products sold in Nepal come with a 24‑month warranty and support from CG Electronics’ nationwide service network. The products have been available at the named outlets since September 5, 2025, and the gift scheme will run for a limited period during the festival season, after which winners will be selected through the campaign’s lucky‑draw process.
