KATHMANDU: TCL has announced the second‑phase winner of its 'Nepalko Shaan, Mumbaiko Maidan' campaign, a nationwide promotion that gives consumers the chance to watch the Nepal national cricket team live at the ICC T20 World Cup in Mumbai.

The company announced Tek Nath Bhandari as the second‑phase winner. Bhandari entered the campaign after purchasing a TCL QLED TV from Modern Digital Electronics in Pokhara.

TCL Nepal said the prize is a four‑night, five‑day trip to Mumbai that includes the opportunity to watch Nepal’s match at Wankhede Stadium. All necessary expenses, including Kathmandu–Mumbai return air tickets, hotel accommodation, match tickets and related costs, will be borne by TCL Nepal.

The company said customers who buy a TCL washing machine receive 3kg of Ariel detergent free and free installation service. The free installation is also provided with the purchase of a TCL air conditioner, while a nine‑month free subscription to NETTV is available on TCL televisions of 43 inches and above. TCL added that EMI facilities based on citizenship and an exchange offer for trading in old items towards new purchases have also been implemented.

To participate in the campaign, customers must send an SMS in the following format: `TCL <space> Warranty Card No. <space> Product Name <space> Customer Name <space> Address` to 31003.

TCL Nepal said the scheme is ongoing for a limited period, and more winners will be announced in the upcoming phases. The company urged consumers to buy TCL products from their nearest authorised dealer and send the SMS on time.

TCL, distributed in Nepal by CG Electronics, said it has been gaining popularity in the Nepali market through televisions, washing machines and air conditioners owing to quality, innovative technology and reliable service. Terms and conditions specified by the company will apply.
