KATHMANDU: vivo has offered the first official preview of its upcoming V70 flagship, centred on a new imaging promise called 'ZEISS Portrait So Pro' and a focus on professional telephoto capabilities.
The company said the V70 will feature a 50 MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, engineered to extend creative reach while preserving clarity at long distances. vivo also introduced an AI Stage Mode intended to deliver professional composure across a 1x–10x–20x zoom range and optimised for complex concert lighting.
vivo announced that the V70 will support 4K 60 fps video, which the company said brings "professional cinematic realism" to the V Series and improves capture of live performances and high‑speed action.
For concerts and live shows, vivo previewed a stage‑optimised mode to handle challenging lighting. The firm said intelligent imaging enhancements will run in the background to ensure clarity and balance while preserving the atmosphere of each scene.
The V70 marks an evolution in design, with an aerospace‑grade aluminium alloy frame for greater structural integrity and a premium metallic finish. vivo described the phone’s flat display with softly rounded corners as a balance between modern sophistication and ergonomic comfort, and said the device will be offered in a curated selection of colour options.
vivo has framed the V70 as part of its ongoing vision of "continuous refinement", saying imaging will become more expressive, design more assured and performance more powerful. The company added that the preview is only the beginning and that full specifications and capabilities will be revealed at the official launch.
