KATHMANDU: Black+Decker has launched a New Year 2083 promotional scheme in Nepal.
The American household appliance brand, represented in Nepal by CG Electronics, unveiled the campaign titled “Own the Future. Own the BLACK+DECKER!” on April 5. The promotion is aimed at rewarding Nepali consumers who purchase the brand’s premium appliances and will run for a limited period.
Under the scheme, every purchase of a Black+Decker appliance entitles customers to a sure gift such as electric kettles, kitchen aprons, aroma kits or disposable air fryer liners. Buyers who register their purchase by scanning the QR code on the product and submitting their details digitally will be entered automatically into a bumper lucky draw.
Winners of the lucky draw will have the opportunity to win an all‑expenses‑paid trip to Vietnam and a luxury stay at Meghauli Serai. The promotion is available through CG Digital showrooms, LG Shoppe outlets and authorised dealers across Nepal.
To make purchases more accessible, CG Electronics is offering a ‘Sajilo EMI’ (Easy EMI) facility that requires only a citizenship certificate. Products sold in Nepal come with a 24‑month warranty, and CG Electronics said it will provide after‑sales support through 40 service centres and a nationwide service network.
Black+Decker emphasised its long history of innovation since 1910 and said the campaign reflects its core motto, “Make Life Easier.”
