KATHMANDU: Catch Spices, a prominent brand under the Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), has unveiled a strategic roadmap to strengthen its footprint in Nepal’s retail and hospitality sectors.

The announcement was made at the 11th edition of the GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality 2026 exhibition, which is underway at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu (April 22 to 25), where the brand is a Diamond Sponsor.

The expansion marks a significant growth phase for the FMCG giant, focusing on widening its distribution network and deepening market penetration in the country’s evolving food ecosystem. Catch Spices aims to cater to both household consumers and professional kitchens by enhancing partnerships across various food service channels. As part of the event, the brand is showcasing its diverse product range at stands B124, B125, B119 and B120 to highlight its commitment to quality and innovation.

Sandeep Ghosh, Business Head of Catch Spices, DS Group, said, “Our strategic expansion in Nepal is focused on deepening our footprint across the retail network of Nepal’s package spice industry, with a goal to achieve a significant market penetration by the end of this financial year. Driven by a commitment to meet the evolving demand for consistent taste, aroma and colour, Catch Spices offers a diverse portfolio specifically curated to resonate with the local palate. This growth trajectory extends beyond retail, as we aim to establish presence in Nepal’s leading food service landscape, also by the end of fiscal year 2026/27, reinforcing our position as a benchmark of quality for both households and professional kitchens across the country.”

The brand’s presence at GAI 2026 includes exclusive live cooking sessions by internationally acclaimed culinary expert and brand ambassador Santosh Shah. On April 22 and 23, Chef Shah is demonstrating the versatility of Catch Spices through signature dishes tailored for modern HoReCa applications.
