KATHMANDU: As temperatures rise across Nepal, Godrej is promoting a range of air coolers designed to meet changing consumer demands for comfort and healthier indoor environments.

The company highlighted models including Snowchill, ChillPro, Coolblast Plus, Coolblast and Edge Minicool as suitable for spaces from small bedrooms to large family rooms. Godrej said the products combine attractive designs and user-friendly features with strong cooling performance, helping them gain traction among younger buyers who value appliances that complement modern home décor.

Godrej listed several technical features across its cooler range, such as high air delivery systems, honeycomb pads, thermal overload protection and ice drip technology. Some models include antibacterial tanks and cooling pads intended to improve air quality, while others offer humidity control, 4-way swing and dry run protection for added convenience.

The company emphasised compact designs, premium finishes and varied colour options as reasons the coolers are being seen as lifestyle appliances rather than purely functional devices. Retailers report growing interest from consumers who want appliances that both cool and enhance living spaces.

In Nepal, CG Electronics is the authorised seller and distributor for Godrej home appliances. Alongside air coolers, the brand’s refrigerators, chest freezers, washing machines, microwave ovens and air conditioners remain popular in the Nepali market.

Godrej said it continues to invest in modern technology and practical features to deliver a more comfortable and fresh experience for households across Nepal.
