International Nail Seminar 2026 brings Japanese nail artistry to Nepal
KATHMANDU: International Nail Seminar 2026 was recently held in Lalitpur, bringing certified Japanese master nail artists to Nepal’s beauty community for a day of demonstrations and hands-on training.
Organisers of the event were Pop Up Nepal and Pretty Nails, with Bliss Nails and The Nail Studio By Sirap as co-partners. The seminar drew nail artists, salon owners, beauty professionals, students and enthusiasts from across the country.
Japanese artists Kanako, Maiko, Dacci, Haru and Yui led live demonstrations on acrylic nail techniques, gel nails, cat nails, Japanese nail art, salon workflow and professional finishing methods.
An exclusive hands-on workshop followed the demonstrations, giving participants direct guidance and practical experience under the visiting artists.
Sponsors included Tata Tiago.ev and the event received support from Mamaearth, Juice Jelly and Dabur Nepal. Attendees also had opportunities to network and view product showcases from various brands and salons.
According to the press release, the seminar aimed to connect Nepal’s nail industry with international beauty standards and to encourage skill development and creative growth among local artists.
