inDrive launches Passenger 360 campaign in Nepal

KATHMANDU: inDrive has launched a new integrated campaign in Nepal, Passenger 360, under the slogan ‘Agree on Your Fare. Only Here.’ The campaign aims to highlight fare transparency, fair pricing and greater passenger control over urban journeys.

The campaign will be rolled out across Kathmandu through digital storytelling, social media, influencer collaborations, in-app experiences and on-the-ground activations. inDrive says Passenger 360 focuses on everyday commuting moments and the company’s approach to giving passengers clearer choices when booking rides.

Since entering Nepal, inDrive has offered a model that lets passengers propose a fare, review offers from drivers and select the option that suits them, while drivers decide which ride requests to accept. The campaign’s central message, ‘Agree on Your Fare. Only Here.’, underscores the company’s emphasis on mutual agreement between passengers and drivers in setting fares.

inDrive noted that commuters in Kathmandu face traffic congestion, unpredictable travel times and limited predictability in transport options. The company said passengers increasingly want quicker confirmations, shorter waiting times, fair pricing and services that adapt to their needs.

“Kathmandu is a city constantly in motion, and people's expectations around mobility are evolving just as rapidly,” said Rita Pokharel, Country Representative of inDrive Nepal. “Passengers today want more than affordability alone. They value transparency, reliability, convenience, and the confidence that comes from having greater control over their journeys. Through Passenger 360, we are reinforcing our commitment to creating a mobility experience where people can make informed choices and agree on a fare that works for them.”

inDrive said the campaign also aims to encourage conversations about smarter commuting habits and to support the development of a mobility ecosystem that empowers passengers while creating fairer experiences for drivers and users.

inDrive operates in more than 1,100 cities in 48 countries. The inDrive app has been downloaded more than 400 million times and offers services beyond ride-hailing, including inter-city transportation, delivery and financial services. In 2023, inDrive launched New Ventures, a venture and M&A arm.
