CG Electronics holds retail annual meet 2082/83

KATHMANDU: CG Electronics held its 'Retail Annual Meet 2082/83' in Lalitpur on August 21. 

Organised in the presence of Vice President SC Saboo, the event reviewed the annual achievements of the company's retail network and recognised its top-performing showrooms.

A central highlight of the gathering was the presentation of Retail Excellence Awards across various categories. LG Shoppe – Chabahil and CG Digital – Birgunj received the Best Visual Merchandising Showroom Award for store presentation, product displays, and overall visual standards. Meanwhile, LG Shoppe – Chabahil and CG Digital – Bishalnagar won the Best Profitable Showroom Award for commercial performance and profitable operation.

At the event, CG Electronics Vice President Saboo stated that the contribution of showroom teams and all employees is vital to the success of the retail business, while congratulating the top-performing teams. He further emphasised the need to strengthen customer experience, service quality, retail excellence, and business growth in the days ahead.

Organised under the theme 'One Team | One Vision | One Future', the meeting brought together representatives and staff members from various CG Digital and LG Brandshop outlets. Participants discussed commercial achievements from the previous financial year, retail operations, customer service, visual merchandising, as well as targets for the coming year. According to CG Electronics, the meeting facilitated the sharing of knowledge among different showrooms and teams, identified effective practices, and built a shared commitment towards upcoming objectives.

The company currently operates 28 retail outlets across Nepal, comprising 22 CG Digital showrooms and six LG Brandshops. More than 200 employees work across these locations, providing sales assistance, product advice, and services to customers. Through its retail network, CG Electronics offers domestic consumers choices across home appliances, home entertainment, and mobile phones, featuring brands such as LG, CG, TCL, Godrej, CG Meridia, Beko, Sensei, Midea, Crompton, Burly, Black+Decker, Kent, Elica, Goodsman, Nothing, and Motorola. Items range from televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners to kitchen devices, small domestic appliances, and smartphones.

The company plans to enhance its retail network further by ensuring convenient access to leading appliance and electronics brands, strengthening customer experiences, and delivering after-sales support. Furthermore, CG Electronics intends to expand the CG Digital and LG Brandshop retail network across Nepal by opening new stores in various regions, aiming to deliver a modern, customer-centric retail service from a single destination.
